Happy Tuesday!
Here is something I always found interesting and here is why:
When I was younger lived an elderly man in our village, he was about 92 years old and in great shape. Everybody knew him, he walked the village everyday, visited kids at school, he use to say that it kept him young but he always said that his number one secret to staying young was that he only took cold showers.
It's not as easy as it seems, to me anyway, but there are great benefits.
