Here is something I found for you this week about sodas. I've never been a soda drinker probably because it's not something I was given a lot as a kid and never got into it. But I do know how bad and terrible they are so I wanted to share with you and hopefully make you think twice about what you drink.
No we hope you might start considering not drinking sodas anymore.
Think about the long term effects of it... make better choices now for a long and healthy life.
